For private dinners and special events, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (holidays, summer shore season). For weekly meal prep, we can often accommodate new clients within a week.

Absolutely. Chef Matt specializes in accommodating all dietary needs including gluten-free (he has celiac disease himself), dairy-free, keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, and any allergies. Just let us know your requirements.

Our meal prep service includes menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking in your home, portioning, labeling, and cleanup. Meals are stored in your fridge/freezer ready to heat and eat.

Private dinners are $125 per person with an 8-guest minimum ($1,000), plus the cost of groceries. This includes menu planning, shopping, preparation, service, and complete cleanup. During your consultation, we'll discuss your preferences, dietary requirements, and create a custom menu tailored to your event.

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining 50% plus grocery costs due the day of your event. Please note: there is no sales tax in New Jersey; sales tax applies in Pennsylvania. Contact us to check availability and secure your booking!

Cooking classes are $150 per person with an 8-guest minimum ($1,200) and include all ingredients, instruction, and of course, eating what you cook! Classes can be customized for date nights, team building, family events, or groups of friends.

Yes! All our services include complete kitchen cleanup. We leave your kitchen as clean (or cleaner) than we found it.
