What matters is the structure: menus set in advance, sourcing handled, cooking done on-site in the rental kitchen or the beach house, plating matched to the group, kitchen clean at the end of the night.

    Engagement formats run from a single coursed dinner on a Saturday night to a full week of in-home dining across a vacation stay.

    Vacation Rental Chef Services

    The largest segment. A family or extended group rents a Shore home for a week. The chef comes in for one to four dinners across the stay, sometimes plus a brunch. Menus are calibrated to what the group actually wants — beach house dining doesn't have to mean "beach food."

    Beach House Dinner Parties

    A specific evening. Eight to twenty guests in the dining room of a Shore home. Coursed or family-style depending on the night. Service runs from arrival through plating to clean kitchen before departure.

    Bachelorette Weekends

    A significant share of summer Shore work. Standard structure: welcome dinner Friday, brunch Saturday morning, final dinner Saturday or Sunday. Some weekends add poolside grazing service or a Sunday brunch send-off. The food is handled, the weekend stays the weekend.

    Private Brunches
